City in the Clouds

Late Night Drawing

Inspired by a book Benny gave me for my birthday, I quite suddenly had the urge to draw. I searched my room. My camera, or typewriter? No, mechanical things are always the first things I look at to draw, they're easy and boring. Then I remembered these old flowers in the kitchen. My Love gave them to me months ago, and they had dried up perfectly. So, although I have Ben to thank for the good book, I'll dedicate this rare occasion to my beloved Abigail, who in spite of my negative drawing experiences, often encourages me to draw.

Digital Media Class

I've run into a common problem again. I'm "stuck" in a class while there is so much work to get done. This time, I'm not satisfied with the digital photos I'm working with, the location is bad, the lighting is bad, I know that I can't get a good print out of this one. I don't have the paitence to pick at an image I'm not happy with, especially with the lingering number of projects that are about to jump me. So I will split.
